Master’s and Ph.D. Programs
The Interdisciplinary Master of Science in Engineering (MSE/MS) degree is completely online. Course offerings to complete the degree are the same as those offered to on-campus students. The degree enables students to create a customized educational experience and is ideal for professional engineers wanting to explore knowledge in a discipline different from their undergraduate studies.
Master of Science (MS) / Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) - Online
This graduate program in engineering provides the student with an interdisciplinary education with an emphasis on the basic engineering sciences. It is designed to meet the specific needs of engineers employed in the industry. This is typically a non-thesis program but can be done with a thesis option.
Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) - On campus
These (MSE/MS) degree programs are specifically designed for individuals preparing for a career in industry and are open to graduates from any engineering discipline and select science/math majors. Designed specifically to help develop depth in engineering and breadth in business and leadership skills, Purdue Engineering Professional Education offers three unique degree options in the area of Engineering Management with specialization areas in Aeronautics and Astronautics and Mechanical Engineering for our on-campus programs.
